The development is a proposal for a certain property located on the west side of Jumeirah Beach Road, U.A.E, with an area of around 1.5 million sq. ft. and an allowed BUA of 20 million sq. ft.
The development is intended to have a central shopping mall with a high-end seven stars hotel component and a luxurious resort facing the beach side. The development is to be themed with Italian architecture features externally, and internally it will focus on the Venetian theme, which is the most preferred by clients.
We aim at implementing the rich and diverse architectural style of Venice and reflect it in all the project components. Venetian Gothic architecture is a term to be given to all the project building style, combining the use of the Gothic lancet arch with Byzantine and Arab influences.
Chief examples of this style are the Doge’s Palace and the Ca’ d’Oro. The city also has several Renaissance and Baroque buildings, including the Ca’ Pesaro and the Ca’ Rezzonico. The development is meant to be a new destination for music, arts, fashion, shopping, tranquillity, hospitality, leisure and festivals. All the project elements should work homogenously to reflect the desired theme with unique interiors and outstanding exteriors.
DUBAI - VENICE is meant to be the upcoming most important destination of Dubai with the most luxurious shops and boutiques alongside well-defined water canals.
